About Whole Life Coaching
A coaching space for women navigating midlife, change, and the question of what comes next.

Whole Life Coaching was created for women navigating life transitions who want support, clarity, and a deeper sense of direction.

What I Believe
I believe midlife is not an ending, it is an invitation.

It is a time to ask better questions, release old expectations, reconnect with your identity, and decide how you want the next season to feel.

So many women spend years carrying responsibilities, supporting everyone else, pushing through exhaustion, and becoming who life requires them to be. Then one day, they look around and wonder where they went.

Coaching gives you a safe, supportive place to sort through the noise, name what is changing, and take meaningful steps forward.

This work is not about fixing you. You are not broken.

It is about helping you reconnect with who you are, what you need, what matters now, and what kind of life feels aligned for the woman you are becoming.

Maybe you are navigating menopause, grief, empty nesting, caregiving, relationship shifts, burnout, a career change, wellness changes, or the quiet but persistent question: “Who am I now, and what do I want this next chapter to feel like?”

This is a space to pause, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

You do not have to figure out your next chapter alone.

I’m Amber Bradbury, founder of Whole Life Coaching and PeopleFirst HR Partners.

After more than 20 years, my work has centered around people. I have helped employees, leaders, executives, and organizations navigate growth, burnout, leadership challenges, workplace transitions, conflict, resilience, identity shifts, and major seasons of change.

That experience shaped the way I coach today.

I understand people not only through a professional lens, but through a deeply human one. I know that life does not happen in neat, separate categories. Career, family, health, grief, relationships, identity, confidence, purpose, and wellness all overlap.

I created Whole Life Coaching to support women in a deeper and more personal way — not just in who they are professionally, but in who they are becoming as whole people.

My coaching approach is warm, honest, practical, and rooted in real life. I help women sort through the noise, reconnect with who they are, trust their voice again, and take meaningful next steps during seasons of transition, whether that includes midlife changes, career shifts, grief, burnout, relationships, empty nesting, or rediscovering purpose.

What Makes My Approach Different

I do not coach midlife reinvention from theory.

I bring nearly 25 years of HR, leadership, and people-centered experience, along with formal coaching training, resilience work, and my own lived midlife journey.

I have spent my career helping people navigate change, growth, burnout, identity, communication, leadership, and difficult transitions. I have sat with people in moments of uncertainty, frustration, reinvention, grief, career change, loss of confidence, and courageous decision-making.

And now, I am in this midlife chapter too.

I know what it feels like to pause and ask, “Who am I now? What do I actually want next? What part of me have I lost along the way?”

My own health and wellness journey, including my experience at Mayo Clinic and what I learned from women’s health experts, lit a fire in me to help women stop dismissing themselves and start paying attention to their whole lives.

That is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

I bring professional experience, coaching tools, practical strategy, deep empathy, and lived understanding to the women I support.

My message is simple:

It is never too late to find yourself again.

My Approach

Whole Life Coaching is a supportive, practical, and compassionate experience for women ready to reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention.

Together, we focus on questions like:

Who am I in this season of life?

What is changing, and what is asking for my attention?

What do I need more of, and what am I ready to release?

Where have I been living on autopilot?

What would feel more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable now?

What is one next step I can take from a place of clarity rather than pressure?

This is not one-size-fits-all coaching. It is not about forcing a reinvention or chasing someone else’s version of success.

It is about creating space to pause, reflect, rebuild self-trust, and move toward a life that feels emotionally, physically, and practically sustainable.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Whole Life Coaching is personal.

I know that women often move through midlife while carrying more than people realize. Aging parents. Children growing up or leaving home. Changing bodies. Health concerns. Career questions. Marriage or relationship shifts. Loss. Burnout. Caregiving. Identity changes. The pressure to keep showing up while quietly wondering, “What about me?”

I have lived enough life to know that change can be both painful and powerful.

Through my own experiences with resilience, health, family, leadership, loss, uncertainty, and more than 20 years participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, I have learned the power of support, perspective, courage, and community during difficult seasons.

I believe women deserve a place where they can be honest about what they are carrying, feel supported without judgment, and begin creating a next chapter that truly fits.

You are allowed to want more clarity.

You are allowed to change.

You are allowed to choose yourself again.

The PeopleFirst Connection

Whole Life Coaching is a division of PeopleFirst HR Partners, a people-centered consulting and coaching practice founded by Amber Bradbury.

This connection brings a unique blend of leadership development, career strategy, emotional resilience, communication, transition support, and whole-person coaching to the experience.

For women whose midlife questions include career, leadership, purpose, confidence, or professional identity, my background allows us to explore those areas with both strategy and heart.

But this work is not limited to a career.

Whole Life Coaching supports the whole woman — her identity, energy, relationships, wellness, grief, confidence, purpose, and next chapter

Ready to explore your next chapter?

You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation, a space to say out loud what has been sitting quietly in your heart.

If you are feeling burned out, stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or unsure about what comes next, Whole Life Coaching can help you pause, reconnect, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
